A reseller sets their own logo, colors, favicon, and panel domain, so their customers log into cp.reseller.com and see the reseller’s company, not yours. Anything a reseller has not customized falls back to your defaults, so a half-configured reseller still gets a complete, working panel rather than a broken one.

Branded mail
Mail that says “from you”, not “from upstream”
Each account sends its own transactional mail, from its own address, through its own SMTP. Signups, password resets, and backup-failure notices all go out branded as the reseller. Nothing in the message points back to the upstream operator, and nobody has to set that up per message.

What it costs
White-label is not an upsell
Branding, the panel domain, and per-account SMTP are part of the product. There is no reseller tier to buy and no per-brand fee. A reseller is simply another account on your license.
