not need it

Tooling that helps you help yourself
Logs without a terminal
Read the logs for any host in the fleet from the panel: web, database, mail, DNS, the panel itself, the proxy, the firewall, and SSH.
Health you can trust
Live memory, disk and bandwidth per host, with a CPU figure that is real busy percentage rather than load average, and a host that stops answering gets flagged.
A bad upgrade is recoverable
Every upgrade snapshots state before it touches anything, so an upgrade that goes wrong is a restore rather than a rebuild.

Running something bigger?
If you are moving a large fleet across, need a migration planned around a maintenance window, or want a support arrangement beyond the usual hours, say so in the contact form and pick Enterprise Support as the topic.
Stuck on something?
Start with the docs, ask the community, or reach the team directly.
